I have first hand knowledge of the anxieties we face as people pleasing introverts, feeling inferior, unable to quickly articulate concerns, and avoiding confrontation. I battled imposter's syndrome, doubted myself, and felt invisible at work to my superiors and sometimes even to my team. I have experienced burnout and bounced back.
I have spent over two decades of my life dealing with my people pleasing introvert attributes and I can finally say with confidence, I have overcome those obstacles in my life. I learned to adapt my leadership approach to stay authentic to myself as well as support and inspire my teams.
